Book a family Mediation appointment

Step 1

You have decided that mediation is for you. Mediation is completely voluntary and both parties must agree to attend. You can either agree with your ex partner or you can ask us to contact the other party and will find out if they are amenable to mediation.

If you have a divorce lawyer they will help you arrange an appointment, please forward our details to your solicitor.

Step 2

Arrange an appointment
Please contact us to arrange an appointment – either by e mail or telephone. info@themediators-uk.com

We will arrange an appointment at a time and location that is convenient to you and your ex partner.

Step 3

MIAM’s or 1st Mediation Session – The start to your new future

MIAM’s session will be approximately 45 minutes and you will be seen on your own.

Mediation sessions are generally one and half hours. We always offer an initial individual assessment session for each party before the first session of Mediation. This gives you an opportunity to meet the mediator and decide that this mediator is the right one for you.

We are happy to discuss the options with you.
